This copper color charm is shaped like the state of Nevada. It features the words \"Kennecott Liberty Pit Copper Mine Nevada Mines Division\", and a picture in relief of that open pit mine. The other side has the word Kennecott above the Kennecott trademark symbol.
The piece is copper color and is about 1.5\" long( including the bale) and 1 13/16\" wide. This Nevada shaped metal charm is light weight, so I do not think it is actually copper.The Liberty Pit mine was closed in 1983, which indicates that this keychain was made before then.
