Vintage MONVAL Swiss-made men’s mechanical wristwatch, believed to date to approximately the 1950s–1960s. This manual-wind watch features a 21-jewel movement, Incabloc shock protection, antimagnetic construction, silver-tone dial, gold-tone hands and markers, and an attractive textured/faceted gold-tone bezel.
The dial is marked “MONVAL 21 JEWELS,” “INCABLOC ANTIMAGNETIC,” and “SWISS MADE.” The stainless steel case back is marked with reference/case number 10037/68.
The watch has been tested and winds and runs. It has not been professionally serviced or tested for extended accuracy or power reserve, so long-term timekeeping performance is unknown.
Watch is offered without a band or strap.
Condition:
Vintage pre-owned condition with noticeable wear from age and use. The watch currently winds and runs. The gold-tone case has scratches, finish/plating wear, discoloration and oxidation. Green oxidation/verdigris is visible on the spring bars and around the lug areas. The crystal has scratches and surface wear, while the dial shows age-related wear/patina. The movement has not been opened, professionally inspected or serviced. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition. No band is included.
