The cars and locomotive are used with some play wear such as scratches and scuffs. The passenger cars have slightly different colors. The locomotive is a wind up one but I don't have a key that fits inside to test it so it's being sold as not working to avoid any problems. This is an 027 scale tin car set made by Marx. I'm not sure if the box is correct for the train set. There is no track or transformer included. You're only buying the 3 cars, locomotive and box. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.I'm not an expert on every item I sell so if I forgot to mention something just ask and I'll try to answer your question.
