For sale is an exceptional vintage mid-century modern style portrait bust sculpture of a young woman with a classic bob haircut and bangs. The sculpture features a striking, heavily rough-hewn textured surface finish. It is incised with the artist\'s signature \"Kendall ©\" on the back edge.
The bust is hollow-cast from a heavy composite/resin material and professionally mounted onto a tiered, solid hardwood presentation block. The bottom of the wood base features the original handwritten production mark: \"Base By Bryant / Art Etc. / Arl. Tex\". The front of the wood block features an unengraved, blank vintage brass nameplate, perfect for personalization.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The sculpture body is clean with wonderful aged texture. The wooden base shows minor scuffs/wear consistent with age. (Note: The hollow underside shows the original industrial pouring compound and internal support rod used to weight the piece securely, which is typical for production studio castings). Please review all high-resolution photos for exact condition details.
