Vintage Miyata Ridge Runner MTB Frame 20.5 Tange Champion 130mm 26in 80s Cafe

Miyata Ridge Runner chromoly mountain bike frameset in blue, including frame and matching rigid fork.

Approx 20.5 -21in seat tube center to top, 23in top tube center to center

Fits 26in x 130mm wheel, Cantilever brake

Tubing carries Miyata and Ridge Runner graphics plus a Tange Champion chromoly tubing decal, with large M logos on the head tube and seat tube and forged Suntour rear dropouts with integral adjuster screws.

Included components are the threaded headset, square-taper bottom bracket spindle and cups, dropout adjuster screws, rack and fender eyelets, clamp-on rear brake cable stop, and a Mt. Pump. adapter plate as shown.

Bottom bracket shell is stamped with frame number L811870, suitable for classic 26 inch mountain or touring wheel builds using cantilever or center-pull brakes.

Bicycle frames are professionally packed and ship wrapped with foam inside a new box. Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. No dents or cracks. Some scratches and marks. All parts pictured are included.

Vintage 1980s Miyata Ridge Runner chromoly mountain frameset with moderate cosmetic wear from prior use. Blue paint shows some chips, scratches and scuffs on the tubes, stays and fork blades, plus wear and flaking on Miyata and tubing decals. Dropouts and canti studs have axle and hardware wear with paint loss but no cracks or repairs. Seat tube top, bottle bosses and cable stops show clamp and tool marks with some oxidation at exposed metal. Headset, bottom bracket, dropout adjusters, Mt. Puma chainstay plate and clamp-on brake cable stop are included and should be cleaned and serviced before building. Only the single frame and fork assembly are included.
