A bold example of classic Southwestern silverwork, this Vintage Navajo Turquoise Cluster Belt Buckle features a substantial oval sterling silver form set with an array of individually shaped turquoise stones.Each stone has its own natural color, matrix, and character, creating a mosaic-like composition across the face of the buckle. Rope detailing, silver bead accents, stamped borders, and hand-worked decorative elements frame the turquoise and give the piece the dimensional character associated with traditional Southwestern jewelry.The reverse is stamped MT and STERLING, identifying the maker by initials and confirming the silver designation.
