Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible mid-century modern crystal owl sculpture designed by the legendary Mexican architect and designer, Pedro Ramirez Vazquez. Known for his iconic brutalist and modern structures, Ramirez Vasquez also applied his geometric genius to luxury art glass and crystal. This stunning piece features a stylized minimalist owl silhouette with reverse-carved frosted circular eyes and a sleek geometric beak. The play of light through the thick, clear crystal is exceptional. The side along the base included the red maker’s label along with etched
signature. It stands apx 2 1/2” tall x 2 1/2” wide x 1” depth. It is in very good condition with the exception of a couple minor scratches and a flea bite on the back of the side.
