They are a VINTAGE size 12 - that is like todays size 3/4The are a satin fabric & there is no stretch.The waist is 12.5\" across (about 25\" around & there is no stretch, though you could have them altered a little by moving the hook & eye)The waist closes with a hook & eye and then another hook on the side.They have pockets.
