Popularly recognized by collectors for its distinctive “Bullseye” / Sector dial, this example combines bold Soviet industrial design with one of Slava’s most interesting mechanical movements—the 27-jewel Caliber 2427, known for its unusual twin mainspring barrel architecture.

History — Slava & the Caliber 2427
Slava (Слава) was produced by the Second Moscow Watch Factory, one of the major Soviet watch manufacturers.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Slava became particularly well known for its automatic movements featuring twin mainspring barrels. The Caliber 2427 represents one of the more distinctive examples of this engineering approach.
Rather than relying on a conventional single mainspring barrel, the movement incorporates two barrels working together to provide a more consistent delivery of power. This unusual construction became an important characteristic of Slava\'s automatic movements and is highly recognizable to collectors.
