It includes the parts/adapters and instructions, as shown in the pics. Specifically, a very rare single, molded plastic framework called a \"sprue\" containing 5 different mounting adapters (labeled Type A, B, C, D, and E - still attached is included (see pic)

This is a very rare, original Stanton 600 A (Model A) cartridge, with the unseparated \"sprue\" mounting adapters.
