For your consideration we have a vintage mechanical pencil advertising the William Amer Co. Tannery out ofPhiladelphia, Pa. This company was stablished in 1832 and was in existence until 1978. Pencil measures 5.00 inches and if made out of pearl celluloid. Instrument is in good condition and a great piece of history.
