These are brand new in original package. Bottom of package scene may be opened slightly. I have several of these packs and some are fully sealed, and some are partially opened but all underwear is brand new in the package. There might be slight spots of discoloration on a pair , most have nothing from what I see from the outside of the pack. But wanted to mention that these are all new in the pack and I have not inspected every single pair of underwear.
