Authentic Vintage 1988/1989 Grateful Dead "Sun & Moon" Double-Sided Tie Dye Tee
Up for sale is an incredibly rare piece of Grateful Dead history. This original late-80s double-sided graphic shirt features artwork by legendary lot designer Jerry Jaspar, authenticated by his signature on the print.
This shirt is printed on a heavy vintage Stedman Super Hi-Cru blank. It features a stunning, perfectly symmetrical V-pattern rainbow tie-dye job with crisp white borders.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with phenomenal graphic preservation. The screen print is incredibly crisp with little to no cracking, peeling, or fading—colors are blindingly bright and ink lines are razor-sharp. No dry rot, no structural warping, and no heavy stains. (I highlighted/ zoomed in on one little flaw in the pictures. That spot is bottom left on the front of the shirt it’s about 5.5 inches.) All things considered, the shirt is in remarkably great condition.
