Description
Beautiful mid‑century Catalina Martin ribbed turtleneck in a deep plum/burgundy tone. This piece comes from Catalina’s tailored knitwear era (late 1950s–mid 1960s), known for high‑quality wool blends, structured collars, and clean, continental silhouettes. The vertical rib knit gives it natural stretch and a close, sculpted fit.
Although tagged XL, it fits like a modern Small due to the era’s rib‑knit compression and sizing conventions. Works perfectly as a unisex piece — no gendered construction cues, straight torso, long sleeves, and a classic fold‑over turtleneck.

FAQ:
Q: Are your items authentic?
A: Yes. I spent a good chunk of my life in consignment as an authenticator. I have yet to fail an authenticity guarantee. If an item has unoriginal parts or pieces it will be in the about section.
Q: Where do you source products?
A: A lot of places. Liquidation. Estate sales. Thrift stores. Sometimes stuff I just don’t wear anymore. Anywhere I can find something under appreciated that a fashion forward person such as myself could love.
Q: Are you trying to rip me off? Is this a scam?
A: No. I’ve been selling on for quite sometime. I have a full time job and frankly don’t really need your cash. I lack hobbies, and I love to shop and I do find it quite inspiring when I’m able to pair someone up with something they love, and it’s a fun side hustle, note “hustle” I don’t want a side hassle.
Q: Why no returns?
A: I work, a lot, and I am traveling, a lot. It’s not very feasible with my lifestyle. I list when I can and ship as soon as I can. Luxury consignment stores such as Real Real have similar policies with far less pictures and far worse descriptions. If you are willing to take a small gamble for an awesome grail piece or staple, odds are, it’ll pay off. The extreme vast majority of buyers walk away happy and with a deal. If you are a perfectionist, or are extremely particular about every little detail, I’d advise to shop elsewhere. Most items are not in brand new condition unless otherwise noted.
Q: What if I have a legitimate issue?
A: Reach out to me, I’m not a jerk, and if it’s something I can get on board with, I’ll work with you.
