Tag is interesting, it looks like it has been sewn onto another tag. It states the material is 100% acetate, and that is what it feels like. Size says 7/8, but definitely a modern 2/4.

I was going to remove the zipper and put in a corset back for my daughter but we decided it may ruin the look and are trying to find something else.
There are a handful of small stains on the skirt that I did not try to remove.
