Description:
Beautiful vintage pair of Waterford sterling silver weighted salt and pepper shakers.
Both pieces are clearly marked on the underside:
along with the Waterford seahorse hallmark.
Each shaker measures approximately 5 inches tall and approximately 2 inches wide at the widest point.
Classic pedestal design with decorative ribbed detailing around the base and body. These have a substantial presence and display beautifully.
Please note that these are marked WEIGHTED, meaning the sterling silver exterior contains weighted/filler material and the total weight should not be interpreted as solid sterling silver weight.
There is visible tarnish, surface scratching and general wear consistent with age. One shaker has noticeably more tarnish/discoloration on the top than the other. They have not been aggressively polished, leaving cleaning/polishing to the buyer’s preference.
