The aFe 46-20269SS is a BladeRunner OER Series cold side intercooler pipe built to replace the factory plastic charge pipe on 2016–2020 GM Colorado and Canyon Duramax diesel trucks — a component well known for cracking and leaking under sustained heat and boost pressure. This 304 stainless steel replacement is engineered to eliminate that failure point entirely.

The mandrel-bent design keeps airflow smooth and consistent through the turbo system, while MIG-welded construction and premium clamps lock everything together to prevent leaks or blowouts, even under higher boost levels. Unlike the factory plastic pipe, this stainless steel version is built to handle sustained heat and pressure without degrading over time.

This pipe suits Colorado/Canyon Duramax owners who want to eliminate a known factory weak point before it fails, or who are already dealing with a cracked or leaking OE charge pipe and want a permanent, more durable fix rather than another plastic replacement.
