Very faded, but harrowing, image of a toddler in a coffin in a post mortem photo. The handle/hardware is visible on the coffin and it appears that the young child is holding flowers.
Photo came in a collection with nearly all other photos in the St. Louis, MO area. Unfortunately, none of those images contained identification information.
Photo has writing on the back, but difficult to read. Top line reads something like EM Smith(or EW, Ell, etc...). Second line is much more difficult to discern.

Age: Unknown. Estimated 1870s given the gilt edge and rounded corners.
