Defective part will be replaced with new part, defective part must be shipped back to us. 30 days return policy on all un-used, un-opened equipment. If equipment crates have been opened &/or equipment used, no returns, no exceptions!Shipping: Shipping will be determinedat time of saleto any commercial location in the continental United States only(We DO NOT freight ship anywhere else). The shipping charge includes thepallet feeto set it, properly wrap the unit, & even lift gate service at no extra charge to you.Local pick up is also available at no charge. You must fully inspect the machine at time of delivery BEFORE you sign for it. Once you sign & the driver is gone, then you are an owner no matter what the damage. We will help in any way we can should damage occur during shipment, but just remember your signature is confirmation that the package has arrived safe & sound so if there is damage it is not possible to claim after the fact. Make the driver wait until you\'ve fully inspected it.
