If you optionally want an extended 180days exchange/replacement warranty, you can return your old (must be fully structurally intact externally) failed core TCM within 30 days, we will send you the shipping address where to send it.
AllTCMs must be returned in same condition as they are received.Anyalteration to the TCM, which includes damaging, opening or (re)programming it,voids the warranty. Ifyou damage the case (break the brass rings or snap off the mountingtabs on the connector, etc) the TCM cannot be returned for any reason, either for core credit or for warranty, it has no value.
