RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Casualties can happen. Please note that all orders include extras, provided just in case some livestock is DOA. You are responsible to retrieve the package as soon as possible after delivery. If any incidents occur during shipping , in order to receive a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the damageplease take CLEAR PHOTOS of the dead or seriously damaged fish/shrimp/snails in the original bag without TEARING the BAG and send it to me within 1 HOUR of delivery. I will not be held responsible and will not issue any refunds for deaths occurred because the packages were left out in high heat or cold for more than one hour after delivery.
