1. Will these fit my BMW? If your BMW runs a 5×120 hub, 72.6 mm center bore and M12×1.5 bolts — that\'s the F-platform and E-platform passenger range (2008–2021) — yes. The fitment table below, or send us your chassis code (e.g. F30, F10, E71) and we confirm within hours. 2. Which thickness do I need? Measure the gap between your tire sidewall and fender lip. Under ~10 mm stays safe at 15 mm; 20–25 mm gives a flush stance on most models; 30 mm+ is for aggressive builds. Not sure? Send a photo of the wheel-to-fender gap and we size it for you. 3. Will I feel vibration at highway speed? No — and that\'s the point of hub-centric design. The spacer centers itself on the hub so the wheel loads on the hub, exactly like the OEM wheel, not on the bolts. Vibration almost always traces back to lug-centric cast spacers. 4. Do I need longer bolts? What does \"BONOSS Engraved\" mean? BL slip-ons reuse your stock bolts; BLA bolt-ons ship with our own 12.9-grade bolts, so no extra purchase. Every extended bolt is stamped with our name and grade — factory-direct, so quality and the 10-year warranty are on us. That\'s what \"BONOSS Engraved\" stands for. 5. Are forged spacers safer than the $40 cast ones? Forging aligns the grain structure; casting leaves voids and porosity that can crack under heat and cornering load. Ours are forged 6061-T6, backed by 77+ SGS/TÜV reports and a 10-year warranty against cracking and fatigue failure. 6. What are the benefits of the knurling design? Knurling adds bite on the seating face so the spacer grips the hub and resists micro-slip under torque. It also breaks up surface contact to shed a little heat, and it looks clean under the wheel. Practical and visual. 7. Will they rub my fender or liners? A spacer moves the wheel out, not up — rubbing depends on tire size and ride height, not the spacer itself. If your setup has no rub now, +15–20 mm rarely changes that. Stanced cars on 30 mm+ should double-check clearance at full compression. 8. How do I verify my PCD and center bore before ordering? PCD: measure center-to-center across two studs. Center bore: measure the hub lip diameter. Thread pitch: run a bolt gauge or bring a stock bolt to any parts store. Not sure? Independent test reports, in writing, are how we stand behind the warranty. 10. 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 — which should I choose? 6061 is the everyday choice: strong, corrosion-resistant and great value for street use. 7075 approaches aerospace strength for track and heavy builds. If you\'re daily-driving, 6061 is more than enough. 11. Do I need a mechanic to install them? Not necessarily. A lug wrench, jack and torque wrench are enough for slip-ons — torqued to spec, no cutting, no drilling. If you\'d rather not, any tire shop can do it in about 20 minutes. 12.
