The box is marked C. Dreising, Aachen, Grosskölnstrasse 8, a manufacturer of hats, furs and umbrellas. The black top hat features a classic tall crown, upturned brim and ribbon trim.
Both the hat and box show age-related wear, giving them wonderful authentic antique character. Please refer to the photos for condition details.
