  Trouble Shooting
  • Symptoms 1Motor always spin slowly and not stop
  • Remedies 1Please install the whole item on the door to test,the door opener need to find a closing position firstly, if not installed, the motor just keep spin very very slowly in one direction and not stop. The system will go to a properly operation after find a closing position. If want to test on your workbench, you can install a arm, and manually stop in a position. (As closing position), And then give system a open signal.
