There are numerous empty IC/chip sockets, so this should not be considered a complete ready-to-install board.
Condition shows substantial age and previous use, including:
• Oxidation/corrosion around portions of the board
• Surface residue and discoloration
• Empty IC sockets
• Previous jumper/repair wiring
• General vintage storage and service wear
I have not attempted to power, repair or restore the board.
