This board appears substantially complete with numerous ICs/chips still installed.
I do not have the proper pinball machine or testing equipment available to verify operation, so the board is being sold UNTESTED.
There is visible age-related wear including oxidation/corrosion around portions of the board, particularly along the lower/outer areas, as well as surface residue and discoloration consistent with long-term use and storage.
No attempt has been made to power, clean, repair or restore the board.
Because operational condition is unknown, it is being sold AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.
