Early American Pattern Glass Jefferson EAPG Opalescent Blue Glass Pearls And Scales Ruby Frit 4 Curled Feet 4 1/4" Rose Bowl Vase 1900
This antique Jefferson Glass Company rose bowl is in Excellent Antique Condition with No Chips No Cracks. Produced circa 1900, this beautiful example features the highly collectible Pearls And Scales pattern in blue opalescent glass with ruby frit highlights along the ruffled rim. The unusual four applied curled feet and globular form create an elegant Victorian presentation that displays beautifully from every angle.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Manufactured by the Jefferson Glass Company around 1900, this charming rose bowl showcases the popular Pearls And Scales pattern. The lower portion of the bowl is decorated with overlapping fish-scale motifs framed by rows of raised beads, while the upper body transitions into a soft opalescent blue finish. The deeply crimped rim is accented with ruby frit decoration, providing a striking contrast against the blue glass. The bowl rests on four individually applied curled feet, a distinctive feature that adds both visual appeal and collector interest.
ITEM CONDITION
Excellent Antique Condition with No Chips No Cracks. The glass is clean and bright with only minor signs of age and normal handling consistent with a well-preserved Victorian example.

PATTERN & DESIGN
Pearls And Scales is one of Jefferson's most recognized and desirable Early American Pattern Glass designs. Inspired by natural forms, the pattern combines rows of raised beads with textured fish-scale motifs that beautifully catch and reflect light. The blue opalescent glass and ruby frit rim treatment exemplify the colorful Victorian glassmaking techniques that made these decorative table accessories highly fashionable at the turn of the twentieth century. The four curled feet variation is particularly attractive and adds to the vase's display appeal.
This measures 4 1/4" High x 2 1/2" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Rose Bowl Vase.
