One brand new OEM FLEX RING FAILURE KIT for many Ag / Industrial Stanadyne / Roosa Master DBG, DBM, DC and JDB diesel fuel injection pumps. This comes with the upgraded EID weight cage to permanently fix the flex ring from failing again. Also includes the return connector which gets plugged up when your old flex ring fails and should be replaced because you will never get all those particles out of the spring.
This kit is for pumps with the sharp heal weights. See pictures for details. If you need the round heal cage you can send me a message but the price is different. If you are not sure just send me your pump number and I can confirm if this is the correct kit for you.
Common signs of a failed flex ring are: Starting and stalling like you turned the key off. Surging or uncontrollable governor. Runs but won't increase rpm or very slow to increase. Could be any one of these or all of these symptoms.

The timing mark for the weight cage will have to be transferred from your old cage as these fit many applications with many different timing mark locations.
Since we are a full fuel shop and not just a guy selling parts you can get ahold of us and ask us questions if you have any. We also offer anything else you may need to do the job, just let us know what you need and we most likely have it in stock since we rebuild these pumps daily.If however you buy all the stuff and end up still having issues you can send us the pump and we'll be happy to rebuild it and recalibrate it with our Bosch test stands. If you did need us for this we would credit you back for any hard parts that would have normally been replaced minus any costs like shipping and fees.
